What is Zero Trust Security?

Zero Trust is a security model that assumes no user or device, whether inside or outside the network, should be trusted by default. Verification is required for every access request.

Principles of Zero Trust:

  • Verify explicitly: Authenticate and authorize every request.
  • Least privilege access: Grant only the minimum permissions needed.
  • Continuous monitoring: Analyze behavior and network activity in real-time.

Zero Trust reduces the risk of insider threats, lateral movement of attackers, and data breaches in modern hybrid environments.
