Submitting a Ticket for Technical Support

Steps to submit a ticket:
- Log in to your Vecurity account and open the Support section.
- Select Submit a Ticket and choose the appropriate category (e.g., Technical Issue, Billing, Security).
- Provide a detailed description of the problem, including:
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Error messages or codes
- Any recent changes to your account or system
- Relevant screenshots or logs
- Click Submit and note the ticket number for reference.
After submission, a support agent will review your ticket and may request additional information. You will receive status updates via email until the issue is resolved.
